Tickets are real money. Most companies track them like an afterthought.
Client entertainment and season-ticket or suite spend is real budget -- but most companies track it in a spreadsheet, or don't track it at all, with no clear picture of whether it's actually paying off.
Why Rowhaus exists
Rowhaus was started by someone with years of hands-on experience in the ticketing industry for sports and live events. Since 2020, our founder has been building real relationships across the industry -- venues, brokers, teams -- that Rowhaus now draws on to get clients better access to inventory, save them money, and give them a clear, honest picture of the return on tickets they already own.
What makes this different
There's no self-serve signup. A real person sets up every company's workspace personally, because getting the inventory, allocation, and reporting set up right takes an actual conversation, not a form.
And the sourcing side isn't a generic marketplace integration -- it's the same relationships our founder has built over years in the industry, with venues, brokers, and teams directly. That's what lets Rowhaus get clients access to inventory other channels can't.
How tickets and money are handled
Access is invite-only -- there's no public signup, so only your own company's admins decide who can see your data. There's no scenario where another company using Rowhaus can see your tickets, spend, or reporting -- that separation is enforced at the database level, not just as an app setting.
For resale specifically: when a company authorizes Rowhaus to sell tickets on its behalf, Rowhaus retains 15% of net proceeds (after any third-party marketplace fees), with the remaining 85% returned to the company. See the Terms of Service for the full terms.
Where things stand
Rowhaus works with a small, hand-picked group of companies right now -- on purpose. Building this in direct partnership with the people actually using it, instead of guessing at what a ticket-management tool should look like from the outside, means real input into what gets built next, not just a support ticket queue.
It's also month-to-month, with no annual contract -- so trying Rowhaus isn't a big commitment, and you're never locked in.
